  1. GB/T 3091-2015 "Welded steel pipes":

• Scope of application: suitable for the manufacture and inspection of welded high-frequency pipes for general purposes. For example, many welded steel pipes used in the construction industry for scaffolding, water transportation, gas and other scenarios need to meet this standard.

• Stipulation: The inspection method, inspection rules and other requirements of the weld part are stipulated. For example, there are clear requirements and inspection methods for the appearance quality, dimensional accuracy, and welding strength of welds to ensure the quality and safety of steel pipes.

2. GB/T 13793-2016 "Spiral Steel Pipe": This standard is applicable to the manufacture and acceptance of spiral high-frequency welded pipes. The requirements for the manufacturing process, mechanical property test method, dimensional tolerance and other aspects of spiral high-frequency welded pipe are specified. For example, in some large-scale municipal projects, oil and gas transmission and other fields, if spiral high-frequency welded pipes are used, this standard needs to be met.

3. GB/T 9711.1-2011 "Technical delivery conditions for steel pipes for oil and gas transmission - part: Grade A steel pipes": It mainly stipulates the requirements for the production, inspection, marking and packaging of high-frequency resistance welded pipes used for oil and gas transportation. For steel pipes that transport flammable and explosive fluids such as oil and natural gas with extremely high safety requirements, they must be produced and inspected in strict accordance with this standard to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the pipeline.

4. GB/T 14291-2017 "High-frequency resistance welded steel pipes for mining strip steel barrels": Specially for high-frequency resistance welded steel pipes for mining strip cloth barrels, specifies its production process, manufacturing requirements, inspection methods, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements. High-frequency welded pipes used in mining industries such as coal mines must meet this standard to adapt to the complex working environment and safety requirements of mines.

 5.SY 5038-2000 "Technical Specification for City Gas Steel Pipes": Applicable to steel pipes for city gas, and puts forward requirements for their production, inspection, marking, packaging, etc. Urban gas pipelines are related to the safety of the lives and property of thousands of households, so high-frequency welded pipes used for urban gas transmission must follow this standard.

6. GB/T 23257-2009 "Steel pipes for geological drilling": suitable for special steel pipes for geological drilling, including drill pipes, casings, pipe clamps, etc. In fields such as geological exploration, if high-frequency welded pipes are used as part of drilling tools, the requirements of this standard need to be met to ensure the smooth progress of drilling work and the safety of personnel.
